Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused in its original packaging. You have 30 days to make a return from the date it was delivered. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Only the item(s) returned will be eligible for a refund.
Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need to make an exchange you must return your product for a refund and make a new purchase for your replacement items.
If you wish to make a return, a shipping label will be provided with a $6.50 restocking fee.

calopez regularly reviews our returns data to detect any violation of our shipping and returns policy. Customers who appear to excessively return items or abuse these policies may be flagged. calopez reserves the right to deny service to anyone we deem necessary.
DAMAGED ITEM DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement. Please send an email to support@calopez.com and include your order number and a picture of the defect. Please note: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging.
